An accurate, on-site survey of the existing condition. The foundation of everything that follows — without it, drawings only approximate reality.

Digital 2D as-built
A clean digital record of the existing condition — plans and key sections — clear and ready for design.

Concept design
Together we map your wishes and the way you live. From there I prepare a few conceptual layouts you can compare and combine.

2D drawings of the new layout
Once we agree on direction, I draw the final 2D solution: plans, sections, dimensions — clear enough for a contractor.

Materials & objects
Together we define the materials, colours and key pieces of furniture — palette samples, references and a draft of the final mood.

3D visualisations
Photorealistic views of the spaces — as detailed as the project demands. So you can step into the space before it's even built.

Electrical & mechanical layout
A proposal for the route of installations that supports the planned layout: sockets, lighting, heating, ventilation — without surprises during construction.

Joinery drawings
Detailed drawings for bespoke furniture — wardrobes, kitchens, dressing rooms, library walls — ready for the cabinetmaker.

FF&E schedule & booklet
A clear schedule of all furniture, lighting and accessories — with suppliers, prices and lead times. A booklet to help you order, or for someone else to do it for you.
